The West Sussex County Council (WSCC) Pupil Entitlement Team use personal data in line with the West Sussex County Council Privacy Policy. WSCC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations (EU 2016/679) (GDPR). Information provided will be used to allocate school places, and will be shared with other LAs with whom the child may become associated, the DfE and other officers in the County Council. If you live outside West Sussex you cannot use this site. You must apply via your own council. Please contact them for further advice.

You must enter an e-mail address as part of the registration process. Submitting the application will generate an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided containing personal data relevant to the application. Submission amounts to consent to using the e-mail address provided for this purpose.

If you do not have an e-mail address, or do not wish to apply using this site, you will need to apply using a paper form. Please contact the admissions team on 03330 142 903 to request a form.

Please make sure you have read the information on the website to ensure you fully understand our admission process, rules and criteria. They can be found using the link below.

The deadlines are 31 October 2019 for Secondary School applications, and 15 January 2020 for Starting School and Junior School applications.

Please note that the online system is not monitored after the deadline. Therefore any changes to your details after the deadline must be notified to the School Admissions Team by email or post.
